North Shore Arts Leader, Judith Hoglander, Elected to Statewide Board

The Massachusetts Association for the Arts, Sciences and Humanities-Education (MAASH-Ed) is pleased to announce the election of Judith Hoglander to its state wide board of directors. Ms. Hoglander is a recognized leader in the cultural community around the state and in Gloucester where she is the Chair of the City of Gloucester's Committee for the Arts.
"We are pleased to have Judith join us," Executive Director Dan Hunter said, "She brings both thorough knowledge of the North Shore and substantial political savvy."
Ms. Hoglander also serves on the board of Gloucester Stage and is a member and founding board member of SEArts. She was also a founding board member of Arts North.
MAASH-Ed is the sister organization to MAASH, the Massachusetts Advocates for the Arts, Sciences and Humanities, a state wide advocacy organization that represents the interests of the cultural community-from individual artists to local cultural councils to all size of cultural organizations-on Beacon Hill.
