Boston Globe Hails Cultural Facilities Fund
Jan. 27, 2008
Dear Friends,
In today's issue, the Boston Globe Sunday magazine has designated
the Massachusetts Cultural Facilities Fund as one of the best new
ideas of 2007.
MAASH thanks the Globe for this recognition and thanks our allies
in the campaign for cultural facilities, Paul Grogan of the Boston
Foundation and Anita Walker of the Massachusetts Cultural Council.
We also thank Speaker Sal DiMasi, Senate President Therese Murray,
Governor Deval Patrick and the key legislators who promoted the idea
and made the Massachusetts Cultural Facilities a reality.
To read
the citation, from page 28 of today's (Sunday, 1/27) Boston
Globe Magazine.
